Terms of service
GENERAL
- Please, make sure you read my commission details and TOS carefully.
- I have the right to refuse any commission that I don't wish / can't draw.
- Please provide a detailed description of your request PRIOR to payment. This includes visual references, expressions, background specifications, special requests, etc.PAYMENTS
- I will only start working on your commission after receiving payment.
- Please consult in advance if you wish to split payment for bigger commissions.REVISIONS (Regular comms)
- Up to 3 free revisions at sketch phase. One free revision for each other phase (lineart and colouring).
- Free minor revisions, within reason.
- Multiple or significant revision(s) may be charged extra.I will not be making changes after the final piece is delivered.REVISIONS (Skeb style comms)
- Skeb style commissions do not include revisions. If you'd like to request to transform your finished skeb sketch into a fully rendered piece, I will gradly discuss making it as a new regular commission with reduced price.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I usually finish illustrations within 1~2 weeks, depending on the complexity and number of characters, as well as queue.USE
- Do not use my art for AI or NFT projects.
- Please clarify from the beginning if your commission will be for commercial use, extra fee will applied.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- For personal use, credit is not required, but highly appreciated (@SilaCinnamon). For commercial use, please credit my art (@SilaCinnamon).
- I reserve the right to post artwork to my socials and to use it for my portfolio, except if you state otherwise.
- Do not claim my art as your own.REFUNDS
- No refunds once the payment has been done.
